RETURNS PROCEDURE & POLICY

STANDARD RETURNS

 

 

 

  • You can return any full price item within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

  • The item must be in original unworn, unmarked condition with all original tags intact to be returned.  Any item found to be otherwise will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

  • Please enclose your original invoice with your returned item.

  • Please be careful when trying on your items!  We cannot accept returns on soiled items.  All goods will be inspected on return.

  • Any returned items which are found to have make-up stains on them or other marks cannot be refunded. 

  • We can only offer a refund on stock no exchanges.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

  • Any items received faulty must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. 

  • Please fill in the customer contact form within 14 days of delivery if you think your item is faulty.

  • We will assess the fault and send you a free returns label to send the items back for a refund or exchange.

  • Any items with faults after the 14 days have a maximum 30 days from the date of purchase to be exchanged or refunded.

We cannot issue a refund until we have received your item so we strongly recommend you to obtain a signed for tracking number from the post office as returns lost will not be the responsilbility of noboysallowed.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  • Please fill in the customer contact form. We will then email you with details of how to send the package back.

  • Please allow noboysallowed 14 working days to process your return/refund after it has reached us.

  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

  • Please note we do not offer free returns. 

  • Postage costs are non-refundable.

  • Please contact us if you have lost your invoice clearly stating your contact details and full name.

Please ensure that your address is correct as noboysallowed are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong or old address.
